CROSSFITness: A four week class focusing on the whole person. This spiritual formation class offers strong supportive leadership and a safe environment to help you become as intensely fit as possible spirit, soul & body. Requirements: wear fitness apparel, bring a bible and a friend/accountability partner. This class will be serious fun!
